The Community Based Rehabilitation forum is working with Chetna Vikas in Mohanpur and Deoghar blocks of Deoghar district. Individual rehabilitation plan of 365 PwDs has been done through convergence with the government welfare department for aids and appliances. It has also linked itself with the livelihood options in agricultural activites and vocational streams. 53 Children with Special Needs (CWSN) has been mainstreamed in formal schools. Various activities like Bal mela, creative camps are carried out between children with disability and without disability to create an environment of inclusion within these two groups. 17 Disabled People Organizations are demanding their entitlements in availing disability certificate, ID cards, railway concession in which 227 PwDs have helped themselves in gaining the above same entitlements.
